The latest media placements for our client Prohotel International, which manages lovely Small Luxury Hotels in the Caribbean and Central America, illustrate the results our boutique hotel and travel PR agency delivers. Prohotel is known to “position a hotel a priceless.” And, PR and social media is an integral part of the mix in achieving that goal.

We always compile a monthly report to summarize all our activities from media placements and social media traction to upcoming launch plans and anything else in which the agency is involved. Our monthly call with the client is a time when we review this and our PR plan to see if we are on track.

Monthly Team Calls Highlight Key Placements

Having a monthly team call is essential for keeping the account moving swiftly and smoothly and making sure we are all comfortable with the progress. It is a chance to work through any kinks or snags so everything we want to happen is indeed going to get done. Because at the end of the day, getting the message out to your target market is the bottom line, and impacting those segments in a way that will move the needle in your business or property is the goal.

Just to give you a feel, here are a few of the highlights from recent monthly reports. This demonstrates nice traction for the properties, and is typical of what we do:
